We are a full service, luxury RV park located in Fort Myers Beach, Florida. We have 318 RV sites on 33 acres, many of which are beautifully landscaped and all are privately owned. Our Tiki Bar is open for business from late October through mid April. Activities include pickleball, cornhole, and other planned events and popular activities for our residents.Summer reservations must be one week or longer.Need a day at the beach? Both Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel are less than five miles away and the beach trolley station to Fort Myers Beach is conveniently located right next door. *** Update 3/11/24 ***The amenity status as of March 11, 2024 is below. 1. The heated pool is open and fully functional! 2. The Laundry is open with new washers and dryers. Prices are very reasonable and credit cards are accepted.3. Clubhouse, Tiki Bar, and Tiki Cafe: Clubhouse is open with the exception of the indoor restrooms. Please use the outdoor restrooms accessible via the pool deck. The original Tiki Bar is under construction, but a temporary Tiki Bar is open on the Lanai starting at 5 PM (or earlier on event days). Note that the Tiki Cafe is no longer in regular service, but the Clubhouse Committee sponsors frequent lunch and dinner events during the high season.4. The WiFi is available near the office, near the Clubhouse/Pool/Lanai, and in the Laundry room. WiFi at individual sites is provided on a per lot basis and is not fully available throughout the park.5. The cable TV system is functional with ~100 channels. We are expecting the full 128 channels to be available shortly.6. The pickleball courts are currently under construction for renovation.
