Waters offers sites to rent and sites for sale. All motor homes,
fifth wheels and travel trailers must be 26 feet or longer,
big rigs welcome. Anything 10 years and older needs to be approved
by management. All sites include a concrete pad.

Cancellation policy: A $50
cancellation fee is applied if you cancel 30 days or more prior
to your reserved date. A $350 fee applies if you cancel less
than 30 days prior to your reservation.
No refund for early departures.
Rates subject to change without notice.
Rent balance due upon arrival.
Site numbers are not guaranteed.
Limit of 2 pets per site. Dogs-40 pound weight
limit.
All recreational vehicles are subject to manager's approval. Units must be 26 ft. or longer.
Ten years and older must have manager's approval.
